Accessibility
At The Naples Players, we believe theater should be welcoming and accessible to everyone. That’s why we’ve designed our facility and programming with inclusion in mind—ensuring every guest, regardless of ability, can enjoy a comfortable and enriching experience.
From the moment you enter, our Access Concierge is available in the lobby at every performance to offer support, answer questions, and guide guests to the resources they need. Throughout the building, you’ll find wheelchair-accessible seating, elevators, and ramps, as well as courtesy wheelchairs for those who need them.
For guests with sensory sensitivities, our private Sensory Viewing Booth offers a quieter, adjustable environment with volume control, dimmable lighting, re-arrangeable seating, and temperature control.
We also offer Relaxed/Sensory-Friendly Performances, specifically designed to reduce startling lights and sounds, while allowing guests to come and go as needed. These performances foster a judgment-free atmosphere where all patrons feel welcome.
To further support access, TNP provides assistive listening devices, sign language interpreters, Braille and large-print materials, and sensory support kits with fidgets and headphones.
We’re proud to lead the way in providing unparalleled access—and with your support, we’ll continue expanding what access means in our community. If there’s anything we can do to improve your visit, just ask. You belong here.
